BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Marijuana Legalization Set To Be On California Ballot November 2010!

The link below contains the 3/23/2010 count of the signatures for Initiative 1377, Changes California Law to Legalize Marijuana and Allow It to Be Regulated and Taxed.

As of 3/23/2010, and without Los Angeles County reporting, the ballot initiative has gained the requisite number of signatures!

Now begins the long road to November, but with 56% of Californians being in favor of legalization, the Golden State may be the first in the union to repeal marijuana prohibition!
